Owner and operator of Scott's Exterior Maintenance Co. Scott oversees all aspects of the business including keeping the office organized and running smoothly. He is certified for pesticide and herbicide application. With over twenty seven years as a business owner he considers all his workers as co-owners and offers profit sharing.

Nathan -

Lead Estimator & Crew Coordinator

Nate is responsible for meeting with our potential clients and understanding all of their specifications. It is his responsibility to make sure he is communicating with them and sending them descriptive and thoroughly completed estimates.

Todd -

Operations

Todd's background in operations for the State of Missouri is an asset. He keeps the company in compliance with building codes and strives to keep us updated with new techniques and procedures.

Derek Lanham -

Estimator / Sales

Derek is our Estimator and Sales Representative, meeting with customers, walking properties, and creating clear, accurate estimates to help projects get started the right way. With experience in construction safety management, project oversight, and hands-on field work, he brings professionalism and attention to detail to every project. Derek also holds certifications in OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, SWPPP, LOTO, Fire Watch, and CPR/AED, helping ensure projects are planned safely, efficiently, and thoroughly from the start.

Corrie Wunder -

Office Manager / Social Media

Corrie is our Office Manager and Social Media Coordinator, helping keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. From answering calls and coordinating schedules to managing social media and creating content, she plays a key role in maintaining clear communication and connecting with our community. Whether supporting the team behind the scenes or showcasing our latest projects online, Corrie helps bring our brand to life every day.

Lead Foreman

Our Lead Foreman, Anthony, oversees project execution from start to finish, coordinating crews, managing job site operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards

Ashton -

Crew Lead

Ashton is one of our Crew Leads and brings several years of experience in the green industry to the team. He takes pride in getting the job done right, leading crews efficiently, and making sure every customer’s needs are met with quality service and attention to detail.

Licensed Technician

Nick is our Lawn Care Foreman and a licensed fertilization applicator with many years of experience as a valued part of the team. He leads our lawn care crews with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail, helping ensure every property looks its best throughout the season.

Justin Quiram -

Mow Lead

Our Mow Lead, Justin, is responsible for leading the mowing crew, ensuring each property is maintained to our quality standards, and keeping jobs running efficiently throughout the day.

Shannon Calhoun -

General Construction Laborer

Shannon is a General Construction Laborer who assists with a wide variety of projects and day-to-day job site tasks. With a dependable attitude and attention to detail, Shannon helps our crews complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect.

Jimmy is a Laborer who supports our crews with a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed. From assisting with daily job site tasks to helping keep projects moving efficiently, Jimmy plays an important role in delivering quality work and reliable service.

Shop Manager

Jordan is our Shop Manager, responsible for keeping our equipment, tools, and operations organized and running efficiently. From maintaining equipment and managing inventory to supporting our crews behind the scenes, Jordan helps ensure the team has everything needed to keep projects moving smoothly each day.

Lead Construction Crew Member

Daniel is a Construction Crew Member who plays an important role in completing projects efficiently and to our quality standards. With hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, he helps ensure each job is completed safely, professionally, and with attention to detail.

Richard has overseen the landscape crews for the past three years. Due to his attention to detail and customer satisfaction Richard has become a vital asset to our company. Richard has served our country and as a vet helps other returning soldiers around Bloomington.

Dave offers support and supervision to keep projects moving forward. He also helps with equipment maintenance to make sure everything runs smoothly.

With his varied background in agriculture, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and technology, Brent plays a supporting role in the business and assists where needed.
